1 August 2004 - Gotha, Germany - betriebshof/zajedznia Waltershauser Strasse: Gotha has always had a very interesting tramway system, particularly when I first visited in 2004. Many second-hand Duewag cars were operating then, including these two #395 and #396 seen in the depot yard.

20 Mai 2005 - Reinhardsbrunn, near Gotha. On the 21km Thuringerwaldbahn interurban line from Gotha to Tabarz, 395 heads through the remote pine forests that line the route.

21 Mai 2005 - Gotha, Hauptbahnhof. This terminus vanished completely in 2006 (along with nearly all the lovely Deuwag trams) when a new interchange opened to the left of the picture. In 2005, though, when everything was just how it had always been, 442 on Line 2 arrives and 395 in the foreground awaits its next tour of duty, which will be a trip to Tabarz.
