5 August 2010 - Bourne, Lincolnshire (UK) – depot/zajezdnia Delaine. One of the three ‘heritage’ buses that have been kept by The Delaine. This long-wheelbase Atlantean was, when built, the highest capacity bus in the UK with 82 seats. Now it’s semi-retired, although still licensed for normal use if needed. Note the unusual metal fleet name on the side, which is a Delaine tradition – always ‘The Delaine’ and not just ‘Delaine’.

5 August 2010 - Bourne, Lincolnshire (UK) – depot/zajezdnia Delaine. Another view of #72 outside the main Delaine depot building. The owning family has operated buses here for 120 years and remains independent of the big UK bus groups. Everyone here is very friendly and were happy to move this bus out of the back of the depot (moving several other buses in the process) so I could take pictures.
