Rules regarding fleet numbers on this website: Officially, Bus Éireann and Dublin Bus fleet numbers are written with a space separating the class code (lettered prefix) and the individual number. However, the lettered prefixes mess up the automatic ordering on phototrans. As such, it has been previously decided that: > single-digit fleet numbers are to be precededed by TWO spaces, such as `S`P` ` `5` (note apostrophies separating every character); > two-digit fleet numbers are to be preceded by a SINGLE space, such as `S`P` `6`7`; > triple-digit fleet numbers are to have NO spaces, such as `S`P`1`1`5`. This will allow for all buses to be listed in the proper numerical order, and not have SP1, SP10, SP19, and SP100 tucked at the top before SP2. If it`s known that a prefix will not reach triple-digit numbers, one space may be dropped from each (so single-digit single space, two-digit no spaces), but it`s preferrable to maintain the rules above.
