14 Dezember 2014 - Opening of the new tram line to Weil am Rhein. Occasionally, for this unique event, the trams transferred and attracted people by free rides to the new tram line, crossing the German border and terminating at the railway station of Basel`s northern neighbouring city, Weil am Rhein.
