Z tego miejsca do centrum a ściślej mówiąc do Dworca Kolejowego jeżdżą dwie linie - bezpośrednia bez przystanków pośrednich linia 400 oraz linia 401 zahaczająca o inne części miasta. Bilet kosztuje 3,98 EUR można go nabyć w automacie i u kierowcy (co ważne w automacie można płacić kartami!) Obie linie jeżdżą często, średnio co 15 minut, ale nie w pół siebie.

9 August 2017 - Eindhoven, Station (dworzec kolejowy). 11 grudnia 2016 Hermes wprowadził do ruchu 43 nowe elektryczne przegubowe VDL Citea. Futurystyczne pojazdy kursują na ośmiu liniach. Opracowane zostały specjalne rozkłady jazdy umożliwiające doładowywanie autobusów w ciągu dnia, dzięki czemu - jak twierdzi VDL - niektóre pokonują nawet 340 km dziennie. Ich średni przebieg kształtuje się na poziomie ok. 200 km/dzień. Design pojazdów uhonorowany został nagrodą Red Dot Award 2017. Wraz z ich wprowadzeniem do eksploatacji ostatecznie wycofane zostały charakterystyczne Phileasy.

15 August 2014 - Eindhoven, Mathildelaan. W 2004 r. miejski przewoźnik w Eindhoven zakupił takie oto niezwykłe pojazdy - APTS Phileas. Wśród nich było 12 przegubów oraz 1 dwuprzegubowiec o długości 24 metrów (chyba nigdy nie został włączony do regularnej obsługi). Pierwotnie były to hybrydy szeregowe LPG przystosowane do jazdy po specjalnie wyznaczonej trasie BRT. Zastosowano w nich również system automatycznego prowadzenia pojazdu w oparciu o umieszczone w jezdni magnesy. Phileasy są w pełni niskopodłogowe, a układ napędowy umieszczony został na samym tyle autobusu, za przedziałem pasażerskim. Ciekawostkę stanowi również fakt, że wszystkie koła pojazdu są skrętne. Przegubowce posiadają 33 miejsca siedzące i 105 stojących, przy czym wnętrze jest raczej średnio pojemne z racji olbrzymich nadkoli i zabudowanego tyłu pojazdu. Uwagę natomiast z pewnością przykuwa nowoczesny i nietypowy wygląd tych autobusów.

15 August 2014 - Eindhoven, Mathildelaan. Innowacyjne phileasy sukcesu rynkowego nie odniosły. Wyprodukowano chyba tylko:- 11 hybrydowych przegubów + 1 dwuprzegubowiec (24m) dla Eindhoven (2004 r.),
- 2 przeguby na ogniwa paliwowe dla GVB Amsterdam (2009 r.),
- 35 26-metrowych dwuprzegubowców dla Stambułu (2009 r.),
- 1 przegubową hybrydę równoległą dla Douai (2010 r.),
- 2 przegubowce na ogniwa paliwowe dla Koloni (2011 r.).
Ponadto projekt sprzedano do Korei Południowej, gdzie we współpracy z Hyundai`em wyprodukowano 2 podobne pojazdy dla Seulu.
O braku zainteresowania zdecydowały problemy techniczne oraz wysoka cena.

15 August 2014 - Eindhoven, Luchthavenweg. Z pierwotnego projektu związanego z phileasami zostało niewiele. Szeregowy układ hybrydowy zasilany LPG zastąpiono po kilku latach hybrydą równoległą wykorzystującą silnik diesla (6693 cm^3, 250 KM), system automatycznego prowadzenia pojazdu zdeaktywowano, a same phileasy na liniach lotniskowych coraz częściej zastępują inne autobusy.

15 August 2014 - Eindhoven, Neckerspoel. Phileasy w założeniu miały obsługiwać linie lotniskowe 400 i 401 oraz 402 do Veldhoven, której trasa również wiedzie specjalnie przygotowaną trasą BRT. W tej chwili wyparte zostały już w większości przez klasyczne Mercedesy Citaro G. W ruchu były tylko 3 phileasy, które powoli dogorywają i zapewne niedługo zostaną całkowicie wycofane z eksploatacji.

11 Juli 2012 - Eindhoven, dworzec autobusowy. Komunikacja miejska w tym mieście składa się głównie z Manów Lion`s City i Berkhofów z lekką przewagą Manów. Z tego co zauważyłem, to Phileasy jeżdżą tylko na linii 401 na lotnisko. Są one dosyć wygodne i przyjemnie się nimi podróżuje.
